Opened 1914, seating 600. Closure date unknown.
Permission was granted to replace with flats in 2001 (HM/01/0424) but this was never enacted. Permission to convert the offices to retail was approved in 2014 (HM/14/0009), but again, this conversion does not seem to have occurred.
In use by a window company in the early 2000s, and then for car repairs in the 2010s. Heavily damaged by fire in 2018 after which it was demolished. Plans to replace with five modern units appear to have been withdrawn that same year (P/18/1379) and a near facsimilie building was instead erected, which appears to still be in use for car body repairs. This was probably due to the site being in the Stonehouse Conservation Area.
